The window is now open to register for the 2017-18 school year.
From today through August 15, parents of existing students can get online at their convenience and register. Kindergarten students and students new to the Ottumwa district should register at their school on Aug. 14 and 15 between 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Since February, the district has been working with parents to set up their account in PowerSchool, the district's student information system. Parents can do this at home by following instructions posted on the district website under Parents. Using a cell phone to set up the parent account is not recommended. Computers will be available for parents to use in early August at each school. There are also computers available for public use at the Ottumwa Public Library. Parents must have a parent account prior to registering their student(s).
